Sing a Song

The Good Food Song
(Tune: "Old McDonald Had a Farm")

Vegetables are good for me,
E-I-E-I-O.
And so I eat them happily,
E-I-E-I-O.
With a carrot, carrot here,
and a carrot, carrot there
Here a carrot, there a carrot
Everywhere a carrot, carrot.
Vegetables are good for me,
E-I-E-I-O.

Try This

Make a face with vegetables on your child’s plate. Use string beans for hair, cucumbers for eyes, carrot for nose, and tomatoes for mouth! Talk about how important vegetables are to being healthy. Try to eat three different vegetables today!
