Try This

Print out different types of food that animals eat, along with a picture of the animal.  For instance, you can print out a picture of a horse and hay.  Lay the animal pictures out then ask your child to match each type of food to the animal that eats it.  Plan a trip to your local zoo and visit the animals.  Talk about what each animal might have for lunch and how they sound differently.
